Maksym Bondaruk
With 23 years of invaluable experience in hotel management and hospitality consulting, Maksym has successfully navigated various types of accommodation, ranging from idyllic resorts to esteemed 3*, 4*, and 5* hotels. Notably, he served as the General Manager of Premier Palace Kyiv, leaving a lasting impact for 8 remarkable years.
The expertise lies in the exceptional turnaround of crisis-ridden hotel establishments, swiftly steering them towards profitability across multiple regions in Ukraine. Maksym is a recognized expert in building high-performing teams, adept at constructing effective frameworks for success.
Focal points encompass operational leadership, setting and maintaining impeccable quality standards, orchestrating seamless restaurant and bar management, as well as crafting unforgettable spa experiences.

An internationally experienced hotelier, Artem has worked both in global hotel chains and independent establishments. He ranked among the top 5% of sales personnel within the Marriott International network in Europe. Artem successfully managed the sales department of the highest-earning 4-star hotel in Kyiv.
He has built and implemented business development strategy for ChargeAutomation Inc., a global market leader in digitalization of guest experience for hotels and vacation rentals. With a wealth of experience in the tourism industry, he has been instrumental in shaping the business development strategies of TruTrip, a leading technology-driven travel management solution in the APAC region.
Artem brings a wealth of expertise to the table, specializing in hotel management, the seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies into the hospitality industry, optimizing sales operations and systems, and devising effective marketing strategies. Notably, he is renowned for his talent in driving remarkable productivity and employee engagement through the digitalization of hotel operations.
